• WWE Reportedly Interested In Signing Marty Scurll, Willing To Give Him A Chance Despite #SpeakingOut Allegations

Ring Of Honor announced on Twitter that the company has parted ways with its Head Booker and top talent, Marty Scurll.

They issued the following statement:

“Marty Scurll and Ring Of Honor have mutually decided to part ways.”

Dave Meltzer discussed Scurll’s next possible destination on Wrestling Observer Radio, and reported that WWE is interested in signing Scurll.

Meltzer noted that WWE doesn’t view the accusations of sexual harassment against Scurll from the #SpeakingOut movement as a reason to not sign him, specially when there were no criminal charges filed against him.

He also stated that WWE and NJPW are willing to give talents second chances, if there have been allegations against them in the past, while AEW signing The Villain would be a bit difficult for them because they would get a lot of heat for it.
