Reigns vs. Rhodes won the tournament and has become the 2023 WWE Match of the Year.

The Tribal Chief defeated The American Nightmare to retain the Undisputed Title in this match. This was Cody’s first ever WrestleMania main event, while it was Roman’s seventh!

• WWF Veteran Koko B. Ware once tried to recruit Kurt Angle to become a professional wrestler.

It all took place in 1987, when Kurt was only 18 years old but already weighed a solid 230 lbs and was as talented as an amateur wrestler could possibly be.

Kurt Angle wrestled for the World Wrestling Federation / World Wrestling Entertainment during the Attitude Era and the Ruthless Aggression Era, from 1999 until he left in 2006 and joined Dixie Carter’s Total Nonstop Action! (TNA), where he performed till 2016.

The 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist then returned to WWE in 2017, got inducted into the Hall of Fame and worked for them till he officially retired in 2019.
