Roman Reigns returned and took down Solo Sikoa at SummerSlam 2024, thus helping Cody Rhodes retain the Undisputed WWE Championship.
After the match, Reigns looked at Rhodes from outside the ring and said the following:
“It’s only a matter of time. That belongs to me.”
Rhodes then touched his title with 3 fingers, suggesting a third title match with The Tribal Chief. They are 1-1 against each other.

Speaking of Cody, WrestlePurists reports that he’ll defend the WWE Title against Kevin Owens at Bash In Berlin, and that this match might be made official on tonight’s SmackDown.
