• WWE Should Not Screw Goldberg On His Retirement Match, Says Father Of WWE Legend
John Cena Sr., the father of WWE Legend John Cena, was recently interviewed by MWF (Boston Wrestling) promoter Dan Mirade, where he talked about the WWE career of WCW Legend Goldberg.
Here’s what Cena Sr. said about the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion:
“Let him go out on a bright note. They screwed over Kurt Angle, so don’t do this, don’t do this.
Give him his shine and glory. The man has paid his dues. He’s earned it, so let’s go and do it the right way.
That’s my general consensus.”
After his 1997-2001 WCW career and his 2003-2004 WWE run, Bill Goldberg returned to WWE in 2016 and has occasionally wrestled as a part-timer ever since.
