2. Goldberg Teasing Fans Regarding A Possible Surprise Appearance At Clash of Champions 2016
WWE Clash of Champions 2016 (which is a Raw exclusive PPV event) will take place on September 25th at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hours prior to this PPV event in the same city, former WWE & WCW World Heavyweight Champion Goldberg will appear on “Bischoff on Wrestling” podcast.

In the above video, Goldberg pointed out multiple times that he’ll be on Bischoff’s podcast in Indianapolis (same city in which Clash of Champions 2016 will take place) hours BEFORE Clash of Champions 2016, thus teasing the fans that he might return to WWE on that night.
Goldberg returning after the main event of SummerSlam 2016 to confront Brock Lesnar was heavily rumored, but it didn’t happen. Goldberg returning at Clash of Champions 2016 (at the event that Brock Lesnar won’t be working) would not make any sense (storyline wise) and it obviously won’t happen.
It is still being rumored that Goldberg will be a part of WrestleMania 33 in some capacity.
