5. Rhyno Signing WWE Legends Contract Soon
During a recent interview with FOX Sports, ECW Original Rhyno, who is running on Michigan State Representatives ballot, noted that he’s close to signing a Legends contract with WWE, which will be for merchandising and future WWE appearances.
Rhyno told Vince McMahon about him running for Michigan State Representatives ballot and below is Rhyno describing Vince’s reaction:
“I told Vince, ‘I hope I make you proud.’ He said, ‘You already have.’ He then followed up by saying if there was anything WWE can do to help to let them know. He didn’t ask what party I was running for or this and that. The McMahons’ love for their country is just contagious.”
Rhyno also thinks his past as a Professional Wrestler wouldn’t hurt him:
“I don’t think it will hurt me at all. I think candidates that run against me will try to make fun of it to discredit me so they can win the election, which is understandable. But I want to go out and discuss how we can make this state better, how we can make people’s lives easier and educate the kids.”
4. Who Will Induct Sting Into WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2016?
2 Time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair noted on his podcast that he will induct Sting into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2016, the night before WrestleMania 32.
Also, The Godfather will be inducted by JBL & Ron Simmons (a.k.a APA).
