As we reported earlier, WWE Superstar Shayna Baszler will compete at Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport X event during WrestleMania 40 week.
Fans will witness a “WWE vs. TNA” match at this event, as Baszler will take on TNA wrestler Masha Slamovich.
Here’s what Slamovich said about this match:
“Hey, Shayna! Welcome to Bloodsport. Now, I know you have been hungry for competition. You have been pent up like an animal waiting to get your hands on the right prey but guess what, Shayna? I have been waiting for the exact same thing. I have been waiting for my moment.”
Josh Barrnett wrote the following about Masha facing Shayna:
“In a place like Josh Barnett’s: Bloodsport, when a name like Shayna Baszler is announced it’s like blood in the water of an ocean of nothing but sharks.
One voice stood out loudest and proudest of all. A voice with a tenor of authority from her accomplishments and tone of pure violence.
In the end, I could not deny her request…”
