• WWE Wanted To Bring Paige Back After Recent Change
A few months back, former Divas Champion Paige revealed that her WWE contract has expired and she’s leaving the company on good terms.
On last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, Toni Storm defeated Britt Baker, Athena & Serena Deeb in a Fatal 4-Way Match to retain the Interim AEW Women’s World Championship.
After the match, a bloodied up Baker attacked Toni and Jamie Hayter joined her. She also laid out Athena with a Stomp.
Paige, now know by her real name Saraya, made her AEW debut after this. You can watch it below:

Saraya wrote the following about her All Elite Wrestling debut on Twitter:

According to Fightful Select, Triple H wanted to bring Paige back after Vince McMahon retired and he became WWE’s Chief Content Officer, but it was too late, as she had already signed with All Elite Wrestling.
