WWE Wanted Wrestler To Work Multiple Shows After Release, Note On Ending Of This Week’s RAW

RAW IS WAR

• WWE Wanted Wrestler To Work Multiple Shows After Release

IMPACT Wrestling star Heath (Slater) appeared on an episode of RAW back on July 6th to be a part of the build-up of the feud between WWE Champion Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler.

Heath lost a match to McIntyre on RAW in his only appearance on WWE TV after his release from the company in April.

According to PWInsider Elite, WWE wanted Heath to work RAW on July 13th as well, where he would face off against Ziggler. His final appearance was then slated to be at The Horror Show At Extreme Rules.

• Note On Ending Of This Week’s RAW

At the end of this week’s RAW, Randy Orton came out to cut one last promo before he battles Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship inside Hell in a Cell this Sunday.

McIntyre showed up and locked himself inside the cell with Orton, immediately after which RAW went off air.

Fans were pretty disappointed by the ending, as they wanted to see what happened inside the cell.

PWInsider is reporting that this was the originally planned ending, and RAW did not go over time as some people thought.
