• WWE Was Forced To Book Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar Again
On tonight’s episode of SmackDown, “The Beast” Brock Lesnar returned to WWE programming.
This was his 1st appearance in WWE since his WrestleMania 38 loss to Roman Reigns.
He laid out the whole Bloodline on SmackDown with F5s.
WWE has now announced that Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar in a Last Man Standing match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship will take place in the main event of SummerSlam 2022.

WWE Officials were forced to book this match again because the original plan for SummerSlam 2022 was Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton for the Undisputed Title.
However, Orton is out of action with a back injury and Riddle noted on SmackDown that Orton will undergo surgery.
This led to WWE booking Lesnar with Reigns again, this time in a Gimmick Match, to sell out the Nissan Stadium for next month’s big premium live event.
It should be noted that WWE is saving Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre for Clash At The Castle in the UK in September, that’s why McIntyre wasn’t booked to face Reigns at SummerSlam.
With that being said, no big enough superstar (who is currently not injured or not involved in a feud) was left to face Reigns at the biggest show of the summer, other than The Beast.
