• According to PWInsider, WWE NXT wrestler Wes Lee’s back injury is legitimate and he will be out of action for 8-12 months. Instead of Wes, SmackDown star Dragon Lee will now face Dominik Mysterio for the North American Title at this Saturday’s NXT Deadline premium live event.

• Vince McMahon had a longtime rule set in place in WWE that there will be no advertising on the ring mats.

However, with Nick Khan and Triple H now running WWE, that’s set to change.

Here’s what the Wrestling Observer reported:

“It was his religion. I think it was like a religion to Vince. You don’t advertise on the mats, you keep it clean. That’s no longer going to be the case.”
