• WWE’s New Plan For NXT TakeOver: Tampa & WWE Hall Of Fame Ceremony

After announcing that WrestleMania 36 will take place at the WWE Performance Center on April 5th, WWE issued a statement to PWInsider that NXT TakeOver: Tampa and the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will no longer be taking place.

According to WWE French Commentator Pat Laprade, WWE is expected to do NXT TakeOver on Wednesday before WrestleMania 36 at the Performance Center itself. This would give a solid competition to AEW Dynamite in terms of viewership.

On the other hand, the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020 speeches are expected to take place during RAW and SmackDown.

WWE isn’t doing a lot in-ring wise on their ‘no live audience’ shows from the Performance Center.

Last week on SmackDown, WWE aired the SmackDown Tag Team Championship Elimination Chamber match in full length. Then on last night’s RAW, the Men’s Royal Rumble 2020 match was shown in full length.

With the Hall of Fame speeches taking place on RAW and SmackDown, it would help WWE in filling by the 3 & 2 hours of RAW & SmackDown respectively.
