• WWE’s Plan For A Heel Bloodline Stable

After losing the first ever “I Quit – Hell in a Cell” match to Universal Champion Roman Reigns, Jey Uso joined forces with his cousin on the episode of SmackDown following the pay-per-view event.

At the start of the night, Uso was reluctant to join Reigns, but by the night ended, Uso changed his mind and acknowledged Reigns as his Tribal Chief. He then assaulted Daniel Bryan to solidify his heel turn.

WrestlingNewsco is reporting that the plan going forward is for The Usos to go through a character change as well.

They’ll start wrestling shirtless like Reigns, and they’ll get a new theme music as part of the stable with Reigns.

A WWE source told them the following:

“This story is meant to elevate Roman but also to bring Jimmy and Jey up to the next level as well.”

It was also noted that this storyline is set to continue over the next couple of months, and Vince McMahon is fully supportive of the plan.
