This episode was pre-taped at the Show-Me Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and featured matches, promos & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF SummerSlam 1988’ PPV.

• WWE’s Plan For The Viking Experience Revealed
NXT Tag Team Champions The War Raiders made their WWE main roster debut on last night’s RAW and they now have a new name – The Viking Experience (Ivar & Erik).
According to the Wrestling Observer, The Viking Experience is set to feud with Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins for the RAW Tag Team Titles. As seen on last night’s RAW, The Vikings pinned RAW Tag Team Champion Zack Ryder to win their 8 man tag team match.
It’s quite possible that The Viking Experience captures the RAW Tag Team Championship pretty soon.

While I don’t like The Viking Experience either, I doubt it really matters that much. Talent will get over a name. I thought The Undertaker was a stupid name when I heard it. Worked out okay for him in the end. #RAW
