Below are some top WWE news stories of the day, involving WrestleMania 41.
• With WrestleMania 41 set to dazzle fans this weekend at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, WWE is already planning a major roster overhaul with the 2025 Draft.
According to WrestleVotes, the annual Draft is expected to return in the weeks following The Showcase of the Immortals, likely in late May, to refresh the rosters of RAW and SmackDown:
“It’s a post-WrestleMania thing, maybe late May or so, usually comes in the springtime. Expect the same this year.”
This aligns with reports from PWInsider, which note that despite a recent “transfer window” in January that saw stars like Drew McIntyre, Damian Priest, and Bayley switch brands, a full-scale Draft is still planned for the post-WrestleMania season.
The 2025 WWE Draft is anticipated to be a two-night event, following the format of recent years, with results taking effect shortly after Backlash, likely in early June.

• According to WrestleVotes, NXT star Roxanne Perez will officially be called up to the WWE main roster after WrestleMania 41.
They noted that WWE officials have a good spot for Perez and she’s scheduled to get a push.
Roxanne has already been involved in big moments on the main roster, including being the final woman eliminated in the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble match and being a participant in the #1 contender’s Elimination Chamber match.
During WrestleMania 41 weekend, Perez teamed up with Cora Jade at Stand & Deliver. They competed in a Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Elimination Match to determine the #1 contenders for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, and lost.
