• WWF Veteran Nearly Died Last Month

Old School WWF veteran Fred Ottman (Typhoon / Tugboat / The Shockmaster) is finally heading home after a harrowing month-long battle for his life. The WWE Hall of Famer revealed he has been hospitalized for the past 30 days following a medical emergency where his gallbladder literally exploded.

The situation was nearly fatal. Ottman shared that doctors gave his wife a chilling reality check: had he waited even one more day to seek help, he likely wouldn’t have survived. The rupture released toxins into his system, forcing the 69-year-old veteran onto dialysis to clear the poison from his body. While the organ failure was a major scare, Ottman confirmed that the dialysis is thankfully not a permanent requirement.

After spending a full month confined to a hospital bed, The Natural Disaster star has a long road of recovery ahead. He admitted to losing significant muscle mass and is currently in the grueling process of learning to walk again. Though he is set to be released today, his medical journey continues; he will remain on a drainage bag until a follow-up surgery later this month and will undergo intensive physical rehab from home.

Despite the physical toll, Ottman remains in high spirits, crediting his “one day at a time” mindset and the unwavering support of his wife, family, and friends for pulling him through.

He expressed deep gratitude for his support system as he prepares to transition from the hospital ward back to his own home to regain his strength.

• How Bron Breakker Got Injured (Video)

The Badass of The Vision is officially on the shelf. Following swirling rumors, it has been confirmed that Bron Breakker underwent surgery to repair a hernia, a procedure that has immediately pulled him from the active roster.

According to PWInsider, the injury occurred on last week’s episode of RAW when Breakker flipped the commentary table. By Wednesday, February 4, medical evaluations determined that the damage was severe enough to require an immediate operation.

While Breakker is now home and beginning his recovery, the timing is particularly brutal. With WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas just two months away, his status for the Grandest Stage of Them All is currently a major question mark.

As previously noted, the Wrestling Observer reported that Seth Rollins will be ready to return in time for WrestleMania 42 to have a singles match against Breakker.

• Update On Chelsea Green’s Injury

On the latest episode of WWE’s AAA, Chelsea Green informed Ethan Page that she can’t make it to the show for their AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship defense because she hurt her foot on SmackDown and had a walking boot. La Hiedra ended up replacing Chelsea.

Lola Vice and Mr. Iguana went on to defeat La Hiedra and Ethan Page to become the new AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Chelsea Green’s ankle injury was diagnosed as a bruise rather than a fracture, and she is not expected to miss significant time.

• Backstage WWE Reaction To Fans Chanting “We Want Vince” At Triple H

During the Royal Rumble 2026 post show in Saudi Arabia, fans directed “We Want Vince” chants at Triple H. The issue was raised amid questions about how the chants are being received behind the scenes, particularly given that they are aimed at WWE’s current head of creative rather than Vince McMahon himself. According to Fightful Select, the reaction internally has largely been indifference.

Those familiar with the situation reiterated that McMahon is not returning to creative in any capacity and that there is no consideration being given to such a move. The belief internally is that a return to McMahon-led creative would represent a step backward for the product.

While there has been no official response or concern about the chants themselves, Fightful noted that some within the company viewed the situation with a degree of irony after Triple H made the decision to stop doing press conferences with media members during PLE post shows to avoid hard questions about controversies:

“Well, Triple H didn’t want to be in a room full of media, and this was what he got instead.”
