– Taz Questions Who Did Former WWE Champion Pi$$ Off To Get Horribly Booked
During a recent edition of “The Taz Show” podcast, WWF Veteran Taz talked about former WWE Champion Bray Wyatt’s booking on this week’s episode of Raw. Below are the highlights:
On Bray Wyatt vs. Jason Jordon:
“Bray Wyatt, who did this guy pi$$ off? Who? He had to pi$$ somebody off or someone doesn’t like him. This week’s Raw did nothing for him. Bray Wyatt was overlooked. Did a job that… I don’t wanna say hurts him because I always believe that you always could bounce back if the company wants you to bounce back.
He was overlooked, number one. When I mean overlooked, I’m talking about for that five on five Survivor Series match-up. That’s when I say overlooked. Not only was overlooked, he was used. He was used not once, but twice. He was used to get over Jason and then he was used to get the heat on Jason Jordan’s leg, so he can’t compete in the five on five traditional Survivor Series elimination match.
Bray Wyatt, if I’m him, I ain’t too happy today. I’m annoyed at what they call the office. They did not do him any good at all. He was a catalyst. He was used to set a lane for Triple H.”
On Inconsistent Booking With Sister Abigail:
“Where is Sister Abigail? Before he got sick or whatever, wasn’t he acting like Sister Abigail with the whole Finn thing? And then they just ignored that now. That’s just gone? What happened to Sister? I don’t understand.
That’s like when Dustin Rhodes about a month ago wrestled as Dustin Rhodes and not Goldust. And that whole match and show on Raw, he was Dustin Rhodes. And then all of a sudden he’s back to just being Goldust.
That’s what fans years ago before the whole internet and all this sh*t and when it was just literally the dirt sheets, newsletters …that’s what hardcore fans used to complain about wrestling, not just WWE. Inconsistent booking.
Where there’s no consistency and there’s no follow-up and you just blow it off like it just didn’t work, let’s try something different. That’s what we’re going back to now, it seems a little bit, which is not good.
You know why that pi$$es people off? It insults your intelligence. That’s exactly why. And the fans are right because it does insult their intelligence. It does.”
