Below are some top WWE news stories of the day, involving Wyatt Sicks and Gangrel.

• The Wyatt Sicks, led by Uncle Howdy / Bo Dallas, are on a mission to go after people who betray their family and friends.

That’s why they went after Chad Gable (who disrespected his Alpha Academy members) and The Miz (who turned his back on his tag team partner, R-Truth).

Miz joined forces with Karrion Kross’ Final Testament faction and they are now feuding with The Wyatt Sicks.

According to Xero News, Wyatt Sicks are scheduled to feud with Judgment Day once their feud with Kross & Miz ends.

• Jacob Fatu’s WWE career is gaining momentum, highlighted by his recent performances as a member of The New Bloodline.

Fatu secured a victory over Jey Uso on the November 29 episode of SmackDown (which was his first televised match in WWE), giving his team the advantage in the Men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series. Rikishi praised the match, describing it as a significant milestone for both Fatu and Uso, showcasing their storytelling and in-ring skills.

Rikishi also revealed that Fatu sought permission from Gangrel to use the Impaler DDT as his finishing move, a gesture reflecting respect and tradition.

Gangrel approved, underscoring the mentorship Fatu received during his early training with Gangrel, Rikishi, and Reno. Rikishi commended Fatu for following protocol and respecting his trainers’ legacies, emphasizing that such actions maintain harmony in the wrestling community.

Here’s what Rikishi said on his Off The Top podcast:

“I was told that Jacob had called David (Gangrel) and asked David, was it okay that he uses that as his finishing move. And David gave him the green light. David is like ‘Uncle David’ to Jacob.

You know, being here at Knox Pro back in the day when Jacobs first started. Jacob had three trainers breathing down his neck all the time. You had David, Gangrel. You had Reno and then you had myself. So it was nice to know the respect level that he was able to call David and ask David if it’s okay for him to use the Impaler. I’m sure David’s happy with the respect and the love.

But you know, that’s nothing new for us. Like, if you’re coming from this school and you are taught underneath us like that — even yourself. All you kids, you know, like, that’s a no-brainer. That’s a no-brainer. Shame on you if you didn’t have the respect to even call and ask, right?

‘What, all of a sudden, this is your move?’ Give respect where respect is due, follow the correct protocols and you don’t get no heat. So big shout out for Jacob for being smart.”

Rikishi believes Fatu is still on the rise and has yet to reach his full potential as a WWE main event player. Fans can expect more from the young star as he continues to elevate his standing in the company.
