The story is, that The Iron Sheik heard talk about Blair telling people he’s a better (shoot) wrestler than him, which upset the Sheik so much that Brian Blair has been his #1 target ever since.
On the 2008 ‘Ring Roast 1: The Iron Sheik’ Event, Brian Blair tried to make peace between the two but The Iron Sheik had other plans and slapped him.
