On the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, behind-the-scenes footage from the All In 2023 was shown.

The footage depicted a tense exchange between Jack Perry and CM Punk, escalating into chaos until the intervention of Samoa Joe and AEW staff. Social media buzzed with discussion following the airing of this exclusive content, but AEW surprised many by swiftly removing it from digital platforms.

In a segment of ‘Wise Choices’, WCW Legend Eric Bischoff voiced skepticism regarding Tony Khan’s decision to air the backstage altercation. Eric’s criticism extended beyond the footage itself, casting doubt on AEW’s future under Khan’s leadership.

Here’s what Bischoff had to say:

“What the f***? I mean, seriously, I’ll normally get on here and I’ll try to point out from my perspective, a different approach for Dynamite to take, perhaps a different approach for Tony Khan to take, but I’m at a loss. I don’t think there’s any hope; I honestly don’t think there’s any hope for AEW as long as Tony Khan’s in charge.”

The controversy surrounding the release of the All In footage has placed AEW under scrutiny, with even Khan facing heavy criticism for the decision. As the wrestling world watches closely, the repercussions of this move remain uncertain, leaving questions about AEW’s trajectory lingering in the air.

Bischoff then also criticized Will Ospreay’s promo about WWF Legend Triple H, who currently works as WWE’s Chief Content Officer and Head of Creative.

Here’s what the former WCW President said:

“Who wrote that for him? Will Ospreay, man, you’ve only been on the scene now for a couple of weeks, with so much anticipation. I, for one, think your work is friggin’ fantastic. I think you’ve got a great look. You still have a bright future despite that stupid nonsense you said the other night.

Will, just kind of get with it, man. Go out there and do your thing. Put on a hell of a show. Try to rise above the slop you’re having to play in, because that’s what it is, it’s slop.”
