• Old School Wrestling Veteran Celebrates His Birthday

Old School ECW/WCW/WWF/WWE Veteran Lance Storm (Real name: Lance Evers) celebrates his birthday today.

Lance Storm & Chris Jericho were known as The Thrillseekers in Jim Cornette’s Smoky Mountain Wrestling during the mid-90s, before Storm went to Europe & Japan and eventually ended up in Paul Heyman’s Extreme Championship Wrestling, where he had a successful run from 1997 till he left for Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling in 2000.

He went on to become the leader of Team Canada in WCW and later joined the World Wrestling Federation as part of the infamous WCW/ECW Invasion storyline.

• Old School WWF Celebrity Would Have Celebrated His Birthday

Today would have been the birthday of Old School WWF Celebrity Ray Combs.

Ray Combs was well known as the host of the famous TV game show “Family Feud” from 1988 until 1994, which included an episode that featured ‘The World Wrestling Federation vs. The World Bodybuilding Federation’.

In 1992 he served as a guest ring announcer at WrestleMania VIII and later also became a guest commentator for the ‘Hart Family vs. Shawn Michaels & The 3 Knights’ match at the Survivor Series 1993 PPV.
