– AJ Styles def. LA Knight to become the #1 contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship
He will face Cody Rhodes for the Title at Backlash France. They will have a contract signing on next week’s SmackDown.
– Solo Sikoa arrived wearing a suit and introduced Paul Heyman to Bloodline’s newest member and his “MFT” – Tama Tonga. Solo hugged Tama. Solo then asked Heyman if Kevin Owens is here. Heyman said yes and Solo told him to take him to Owens.
– Triple H revealed that SmackDown Tag Team Champions A-Town Down Under (Austin Theory & Grayson Waller) now are the WWE Tag Team Champions and introduced the new titles:
Theory & Waller disrespected Triple H by refusing to shake his hand, which led to General Manager Nick Aldis putting them in their place.
– Street Profits def. Authors of Pain, New Catch Republic and Legado Del Fantasma (Angel & Berto) in a Fatal 4-Way Match to become the #1 Contenders for the WWE Tag Team Championship
– Paul Heyman told Solo Sikoa that he’s making decisions that aren’t his to make, yet.
– Solo Sikoa talked about losing a brother last week and the fans booed heavily. Fans starting chanting “We Want Roman”.
Tama Tonga crashed into Kevin Owens’ car in the parking lot and busted him open. Tonga brought Owens to the ring and beat him down. Kevin tried to fight back, but Solo Sikoa joined in and KO stood no chance.
Nick Aldis told Heyman that this type of behavior won’t fly on SmackDown and they will settle this in the ring on next week’s Draft edition of the show.
– Bayley (c) vs. Naomi for the WWE Women’s Championship ended in a No Contest when Tiffany Stratton interfered and laid out both women
