The pinnacle of The Rock’s recent WWE stint came at WrestleMania 40, where he, alongside Roman Reigns, engaged in a showdown against Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins on Night 1, emerging victorious in a clash that etched another milestone in his storied journey with the company.

But the drama didn’t stop there. On Sunday, The Rock made a thunderous statement by confronting John Cena, only to find himself on the receiving end of The Undertaker’s chokeslam.

Speaking on The Rock’s unparalleled status within WWE, producer Shane Helms (WWF/WWE Veteran The Hurricane) emphasized the necessity for other talents to acknowledge his priority position.

In an interview with the ‘Behind The Turnbuckle’ podcast, Helms underscored The Brahma Bull’s incomparable stature, asserting that his spot in WWE is reserved indefinitely, transcending the realms of ordinary competition.

Here’s what The Hurricane had to say:

“Well, first of all, The Rock ain’t taking nobody’s spot. The Rock’s spot is solidified. If he wants to show up, that’s his spot. That’s just how it’s gonna be and people have to recognize that.

That’s the same in any form of entertainment. You go to a comedy club. If Dave Chappelle shows up, somebody might get bumped. That’s just how it’s gonna be. That’s just how it is.

When you got the level, you know, stars have gravity. That’s why they’re stars. Nice little metaphor there. And when you got the kinda gravity that The Rock has, that’s gonna bring in these outside eyes and attention that he brings in, man. That’s just part of the game and you gotta learn to accept that.”

Looking ahead, anticipation brews for The Rock’s impending return to the ring, with speculations rife about his potential clash with Undisputed WWE Champion ‘The American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 41 in 2025.
