17. Going into depression for a while
Brock noted that he fell into depression for about 2 months. He didn’t know where his future was going. He left school after winning the NCAA Title and didn’t know what was next. He had no money in his name and was just lost.

Steve Austin noted that late great WWF Legends Big Bossman & “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig were big supporters of “The Next Big Thing” Brock Lesnar back in 2002 when he arrvied in the World Wrestling Federation. They both praised Brock’s athletic abilities and his look.
15. Riding with Undertaker & Kane to learn the business
Lesnar noted that the best way to learn this business from the veterans was in the car. Back in the day, Lesnar asked veterans like Kane & The Undertaker to help him understand this business. Lesnar offered to pay for the gas while they travel the road together and teach him the ins and outs of this business.
14. The Rock taught him to be selfish
Lesnar notes that The Rock taught him to be selfish. That’s the only way to thrive in this business, whether anyone likes it or not. Lesnar further noted that Rock wasn’t selfish on the night of SummerSlam 2002 and he lost the title. But Lesnar also states the importance of “giving back” to the business.
