20 Things To Note From Brock Lesnar's Appearance on Stone Cold Podcast

13. Brock Lesnar is exactly the same on WWE TV & Real Life

People might think that Brock Lesnar portrays the character of a “bad dude” on WWE TV. But that’s not the case. Lesnar noted that he’s the same on TV and real life, and he doesn’t like people. He has no phobia but he just doesn’t mix with others.

12. Lesnar’s dangerous shooting star press at WrestleMania 19
Austin brought up Lesnar main eventing WrestleMania 19 back in 2003 (the event which also featured Austin’s last match) and his botched shooting star press on Kurt Angle. Austin noted that Brock is lucky as hell that he’s fine. Lesnar said he was talked into doing that move and he wasn’t comfortable in doing it. Lesnar noted that he did the move before, he could do it then but he shouldn’t have done it. Lesnar says someone told him that it would be one hell of a WrestleMania moment. However, Lesnar didn’t reveal who talked him into doing that move.

11. Lesnar didn’t give a f*ck about his WrestleMania 20 match
Austin talked about Lesnar’s WrestleMania 20 match against Bill Goldberg and the match getting a negative reaction from the fans because both of them were leaving WWE after that PPV event. Lesnar said he didn’t want to work at WrestleMania 20 and he didn’t give a f*ck. He says he was fed up with the business. Austin noted that Lesnar was in WWE for only 2 years at that time.

Lesnar clarifies that he was fed up with the road journey. Lesnar joked that he is meant to be in the ring, not go from ring to ring. Lesnar noted that he had no plan when he left WWE.
