Easily the most controversial Wrestler on this TOP 30 List, “Big Poppa Pump” Scott Steiner would make one hell of a surprise entrant in this year’s Royal Rumble match.
With Hulk Hogan probably not returning to the WWE until WrestleMania, there’s nothing that could stop Vince from bringing this former WCW World Champion back for the PPV.
Although Scott’s body is in a pretty rough condition, he still does indy shows these days, so he could easily work the Rumble.
4. Kevin Nash
When he returned as Diesel in 2011, Kevin got one of the best reactions of any Royal Rumble surprise entrants ever, so bringing this Old School WWF/WCW Legend & WWE Hall of Famer back isn’t such a bad idea after all.
Especially when you consider that he was a surprise in the 2011 and 2014 Royal Rumble match and with him basically returning every 3 years, it’d actually be time for him to return in 2017.
