1. Roman Reigns Winning The Universal Championship
Back in July, there were talks going on about taking the Universal Title off Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2017. The reason behind this was that the WWE officials felt Lesnar not appearing much on WWE TV as a Champion was hurting their product.
With that being said, the plan was for the man who retired The Undertaker at WrestleMania 33, “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns, to become the next man to win the Universal Championship.
However, plans changed once again. While WWE added the storyline of Lesnar leaving WWE if he loses at SummerSlam to tease the possibility of him losing the Title and then “leaving WWE” to go to the UFC to face Jon Jones, that isn’t the case. Lesnar is expected to retain the Universal Title this Sunday at SummerSlam 2017 and WWE officials are playing with the fans by making them think that Lesnar is going to lose!
