1. Seth Rollins Retains The Universal Championship
Seth Rollins vs. “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt is the most unpredictable match going into Crown Jewel. Last time the two faced off, all hell broke loose with the match ending in referee stoppage. This time, they’ll go head-to-head in a Falls Count Anywhere match which can’t be stopped for any reason.
Wyatt was rumored to win the last bout, but WWE did the unexpected. Judging by the stipulation of tonight’s bout, he’s once again the favourite to walk out with the Universal Championship.
However, it looks like WWE will give The Beast Slayer a proper win this time. One of the most important reasons for it is that if The Fiend wins, he’ll have to move to RAW and that won’t go down well with FOX.
Moreover, WWE isn’t interested in booking The Fiend vs. Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series next month. The same would be the case if Cain Velasquez wins the WWE Title. Rollins vs. Lesnar/Velasquez would be a much easier bout to book at Survivor Series.
