Although The Phenomenal One won the United States Championship, he hasn’t been able to make it as prestigious as the WWE Universe thought it would be. After having a feud with Ricochet over the title during the summer, Styles lost direction as the United States Champion on RAW.

He had some great matches with Cedric Alexander, but their feud could not go on for long. WWE is mainly focusing on him as the leader of The OC.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are set to compete in the largest Tag Team Turmoil Match in the history of WWE at Crown Jewel this month. Styles is scheduled to be with them, but he most likely won’t compete.

The Phenomenal One was rumored to face Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship at WWE Super ShowDown in Saudi Arabia earlier this year, but he faced an injury which made him unavailable for the event. His last appearance in Saudi Arabia was at Crown Jewel last year, where he defeated Samoa Joe to retain the WWE Championship.
