7 Wrestlers Who Won’t Compete At WWE Crown Jewel 2019

Undertaker & Goldberg Involved In A Verbal Argument After WWE Super ShowDown

“The Deadman” The Undertaker is arguably the biggest attraction for the Saudi Arabian fan base. He has competed at every Saudi event since WWE signed a contract with them. His first appearance was against Rusev, second against DX alongside Kane and third against Goldberg.

The Undertaker’s last appearance in Saudi Arabia left many fans disappointed as the two legends couldn’t live up to the hype of their dream match at the event due to Goldberg getting knocked out during the match.

Although he was announced to be at the event this month, WWE has suddenly changed plans regarding The Phenom.

According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE doesn’t want to use The Undertaker for this upcoming event as they were able to secure Tyson Fury, who’s a big star in Boxing. Also, the event will feature Cain Velasquez’s first WWE match, which will be a highly-anticipated rematch against Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship.

WWE feels they have enough star power at Crown Jewel 2019 and can save The Undertaker for future events. Taker not competing at the event is a surprise, but it can also prove to be a good move as his next appearance in the WWE is now unexpected.

He last wrestled at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view back in July where he teamed up with Roman Reigns to defeat Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre in a No Holds Barred Tag Team Match.

Since WWE already has enough star power for this event, they aren’t using Triple H (who has competed at every Saudi PPV so far, just like The Undertaker) and Goldberg (who was originally scheduled to compete at this event according to a report that we posted earlier this year in June) at this event either.
