• Will WWE Bring Back Triple H For WrestleMania 38?
WrestleMania 38 will be a 2-night event at the AT&T Stadium on April 2 & 3.
If they want both nights sold out, then they need to sell 100,000 tickets for each night. As of a few weeks ago, WWE has sold a total of 100,000 tickets for both nights combined.
With that being said, WWE is considering all options to sell such a high number of tickets, including bringing back “Stone Cold” Steve Austin for a match, Vince McMahon in a storyline and booking Logan Paul in a match (he might not help with ticket sales, but can help in hyping the event to his massive social media following).
The Wrestling Observer was asked if WWE could bring Triple H back for a match, as The Game hasn’t competed at the Show Of Shows since 2019.
Observer shot down the chances of Triple H wrestling since his heart issues are serious:
“No, Triple H would be a terrible idea. His heart situation is, he can’t. I don’t want to say never because that’s unfair because maybe he can do something but that would be a horrible idea for him and that’s not gonna happen this year. There’s no way.”
Triple H’s last match took place on an episode of RAW on January 11, 2021, which was a Street Fight against Randy Orton that ended in a No Contest.

On this day in 2012, we lost Old School WWF Veteran Doug Furnas at the age of 52 due to a atherosclerotic & hypertensive heart disease.
The former world-class powerlifter (986 lbs Squat, 600 lbs Bench Press, 826 lbs Deadlift) wrestled for various promotions over the years, such as Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling (1990), Paul Heyman’s Extreme Championship Wrestling (1996, 1997-1998) and the World Wrestling Federation (1996-1997).
Most Old School Wrestling fans remember him as a Tag Team Wrestler, who teamed up with Phil Lafon (Dan Kroffat) as ‘The Can-Am Express’ for the better part of his professional wrestling career.
