WWE is not willing to clear the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan, to return to in-ring action in WWE due to his history of concussions.
Bryan returned in January last year and has been out of action since April. It is being rumored for a while now that Bryan’s in-ring career in WWE is over.

4. Hulk Hogan
Although WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan wrestling at WrestleMania 32 was highly unlikely, he was still scheduled to be a part of WrestleMania 32.
However, that’s not going to happen because of the racism controversy he was involved in during the summer of 2015.
