Another Top WWE Superstar Injured, 7 Names Missing WrestleMania 32

John Cena & Randy Orton to miss WrestleMania 32

1. Sting

Former WCW World Heavyweight Champion & TNA Hall of Famer Sting suffered a neck injury during his WWE World Title match against Seth Rollins in the main event of Night of Champions 2015.

During Ric Flair’s WOOOOO! Nation podcast, Sting revealed that he would require a neck surgery. Sting also noted that he has Cervical Spinal Stenosis, in which there are two troublesome spots in his neck. Sting hopes that he doesn’t have to get a fusion surgery.

Although Sting said in an interview that he thinks he’ll be 100% & back for one more match (as Cena also had a similar surgery back in the day), it looks hard for Sting to have 1 more match as WWE wouldn’t want to take any chances with a 56 year old man (who will be 57 by the time of WrestleMania 32), as WWE takes injuries very seriously nowadays.
