Latest reports suggest that current Intercontinental Champion Bad News Barrett was banged up after this week’s SmackDown tapings.
As seen on SmackDown, Bad News Barrett teamed up with former Intercontinental Champion Luke Harper and Stardust to face the team of Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler and Daniel Bryan. All of these men are in the Intercontinental Title match at WrestleMania 31.
WWE officials are always concerned about Barrett due to his history of injuries. It said that he didn’t suffer any serious injury, but it’s more like general soreness. Barrett returned from a shoulder injury last year and soon won the Intercontinental Title by defeating Dolph Ziggler with the help of Kane. Bad News Barrett is a 5 time Intercontinental Champion.
