• Batista Says He Tried Talking Undertaker Out Of Goldberg Match, Taker Said He’s “Obligated” To Do It

During a recent interview with ProWrestlingSheet, former WWE Champion “The Animal” Batista revealed that he called The Undertaker before WWE Super ShowDown 2019 and tried talking Undertaker out of his match with Goldberg.

Below is what Batista said:

“I called Taker [on] Friday. I called him Friday and I said, ‘hey man, is there any way I can talk you out of this?’ and he just started laughing.

He [Taker] goes, ‘You know, when they talked to me about it a while back it sounded good, but, you know, I’m obligated, so we’re doing it.’

I’ve only seen clips but I won’t comment. I love Taker.”
