On this day in 2002, the World Wrestling Federation aired another LIVE episode of their weekly TV show ‘WWF Monday Night RAW’.
It was broadcasted from the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island and featured matches & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WWF WrestleMania X8’ PPV.

• BREAKING: Batista Attacks Ric Flair & Calls Out Triple H On RAW
The whole roster is on the stage for Ric Flair’s 70th birthday party and out come Triple H & Stephanie McMahon.
There’s a cake in the ring. Triple H takes a mic and welcomes back Roman Reigns. Triple H says Ric Flair is the greatest sports entertainer of all time.
Stephanie McMahon then introduces the special guests for tonight – Shawn Michaels, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, Kurt Angle & Sting.
Stephanie McMahon unveils a custom made World Heavyweight Championship belt for Ric Flair.
Triple H introduces Ric Flair, but Flair doesn’t come out. We head to backstage and we see Batista pulling a cameraman, then entering Ric Flair’s room and pulling out a beaten up Ric Flair!
