The main event segment of tonight’s go-home edition of Raw for SummerSlam 2017 begins with Raw General Manager Kurt Angle in the ring and security surrounding the ring. Angle introduces the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar.
Paul Heyman does his usual introduction of himself and Brock Lesnar. Heyman says all hell is going to break loose tonight no matter how much security is surrounding the ring. Heyman explains why none of Lesnar’s opponents will walk out of SummerSlam 2017 as the Universal Champion.
Heyman says Roman Reigns’ yard is in Brock Lesnar’s house and rent is due this Sunday! Samoa Joe’s music hits next. Joe says he has already told Lesnar that he doesn’t fear him and goes on to say that he’s going to take the Universal Title by putting him to sleep.
Out next is “The Monster Among Men” Braun Strowman. Strowman says he’s always the “Last Man Standing”. Joe then reminds that he barely beat Reigns last week on Raw. “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns comes out next and he straight away spears Joe. Strowman then powerslams Reigns.
Now Lesnar & Strowman are face to face and security enters the ring to separate them. Both men beat down the security and Angle calls out the entire locker room. Raw wrestlers come out and separate both of them again. Lesnar still manages to get his hands on Strowman and so does Strowman. Raw goes off the air with both men being held back by Raw wrestlers.
