• Chaos Backstage After Sammy Guevara Busted Open Matt Hardy On AEW Dynamite

As seen on last week’s AEW Dynamite, Sammy Guevara attacked Matt Hardy and hit him with the wrong chair, which led to Hardy’s bleeding heavily from his head (tap here to read full story).

You can watch it below:

According to Fightful, there was a ‘chaotic’ scene backstage after Guevara busted open Hardy. It was noted that Guevara’s actions weren’t seen as intentional by officials, but they were considered reckless.

“We heard that a usually mild-tempered Matt Hardy was heated after the incident and felt lucky that it wasn’t worse than it ended up being. There was heat on Guevara afterwards, even though he apologized, as the show was taped and the spot could have been done a number of different ways.”
