Old School WWF Veteran “Flash Funk” 2 Cold Scorpio (Real name: Charles Scaggs) celebrates his 54th birthday today.
After wrestling for Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling (1992-1994) and Paul Heyman’s Extreme Championship Wrestling (1994-1996), 2 Cold Scorpio joined the World Wrestling Federation as “Flash Funk”, debuting at the 1996 Survivor Series PPV, the same even where The Rock had his debut as Rocky Maivia.
He later dropped the Flash Funk gimmick and joined the WWF Attitude Era faction ‘The J.O.B. Squad’ as 2 Cold Scorpio.

• CM Punk Reacts To AEW Taking Shots At WWE: “I just think it lessens and cheapens what they are doing when they constantly attack WWE”
During a recent interview with Screen Rant, former WWE Champion CM Punk was asked his thoughts on AEW taking shots at WWE.
Below is what Punk said:
“I think AEW needs to focus on themselves and stop talking about WWE. Cody and The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley, all those guys have something great going on. I just think it lessens and cheapens what they are doing when they constantly attack WWE.
There hasn’t been an alternative to WWE in so very long, and I think they do a disservice to themselves when they’re trying to be the alternative but constantly bring up WWE.
But I understand, when people ask you the questions during the interviews you have to answer them. But that’s just part of life. You have to learn how to navigate that. I would like them to just try to focus on their product and building it up and making it better. I think that would benefit all the fans.”
