Today would have been the 70th birthday of legendary Old School NWA/WWF Manager “Sir” Oliver Humperdink (Real name: John Sutton).

He worked as a manager (and very early on as an occasional wrestler as well) for several different territories, from the early 60s till the mid-90s.

Humperdink managed some big names over the years, such as Bam Bam Bigelow, Paul Orndorff, The Fabulous Freebirds, … & many, many more.

• Current WrestleMania 35 Plan For AJ Styles

According to the No Holds Barred podcast, AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton is currently planned for WrestleMania 35.

This is just another confirmation for the news that was originally broken by The Dirty Sheets, where it was noted that this match might be for the WWE Championship.

Current WWE Champion Daniel Bryan is set to defend his Title against “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles at Royal Rumble 2019.

SmackDown will move to FOX later this year and Vince McMahon was thinking about putting the WWE Championship on Randy Orton as Vince believes Orton has the perfect look to appeal to a bigger audience on FOX.

However, Vince is also impressed with Bryan’s new heel character and can’t decide whether he wants to go with Bryan or Orton holding the WWE Championship.

According to the Dirty Sheets, the original plan for the WWE Championship was for Orton to be crowned the WWE Champion at WrestleMania 35 and if Vince decides to go with this original plan, then expect Styles to defeat Bryan to become a 3 time WWE Champion at Royal Rumble 2019.

This would then lead to Styles dropping the WWE Championship to Orton at WrestleMania 35.

In the end, it looks like the WWE Title picture will revolve around Bryan, Styles & Orton as we head into WrestleMania 35 season.
