On this day in Pro Wrestling history on June 16th 1996, WCW aired The Great American Bash 1996 on PPV from the Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, Maryland.
The main event saw The Giant (The Big Show) defending his WCW World Heavyweight Championship against the challenger Lex Luger, while the co-main event saw Old School NFL Football Legends Steve McMichael & Kevin Greene take on Ric Flair & Arn Anderson of the 4 Horsemen. McMichael turned on his partner during the match and helped the Horsemen win, thus becoming a Horseman himself.
Also this was the PPV debut of The Outsiders Scott Hall & Kevin Nash (after returning from the World Wrestling Federation), that saw them beating up Eric Bischoff, who asked them if they work for the WWF.
