• Drew McIntyre To Address His Status On Tonight’s RAW

As we noted before, WWE announced that WWE Champion Drew McIntyre tested positive for COVID-19 and has been placed in quarantine.

McIntyre was set to square off against Randy Orton in the main event of tonight’s RAW, but with McIntyre out of action, WWE will have to change the plans for the main event.

WWE has announced that McIntyre will address his status on tonight’s RAW. Below is what they posted:

“With the announcement of the WWE Champion testing positive for COVID-19, we can confirm Drew McIntyre will make his first comments tonight on RAW.”

On the other hand, WrestleVotes is reporting that WWE is still going to have Orton compete in a singles match tonight, and they have started looking for a suitable replacement for McIntyre.

“Source – with Drew McIntyre out, WWE is keeping Randy Orton in tonight’s main event and are working on finding a suitable replacement to match up against the College Football Championship Game.”
