• Edge Appearing On This Week’s NXT To Tease Potential WrestleMania 37 Match & Deal With A Hater
Earlier today, Men’s Royal Rumble 2021 winner Edge teased an appearance on this week’s episode of NXT.
Here’s what Edge tweeted:

WWE has now confirmed that Edge will indeed appear on this week’s NXT.
It’s possible that Edge will be there to tease a potential WrestleMania 37 match with Finn Balor for the NXT Championship, since wrestlers can ask for NXT Title matches after winning the Royal Rumble match nowadays (Charlotte Flair challenged for the NXT Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 36 after winning the Women’s Royal Rumble match last year).
Another possibility is that Edge will be there to confront NXT Cruiserweight Champion Santos Escobar, who will be defending his Title against Curt Stallion.
For those who missed our previous article, Escobar tweeted the following after Edge won the Men’s Royal Rumble match this past Sunday:
