On September 26th, it was officially announced by WWE that they signed former AEW star Jade Cargill to a contract and sent her to the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
She was the first signing under the new company TKO Group Holdings, after the WWE-UFC merger was finalized.
During a recent edition of his weekly ‘Kliq This’ podcast, WWF Legend Kevin Nash revealed that he’s a fan of the former TBS Women’s Champion.
Here’s what the former WWF Champion had to say about Jade fitting right into WWE:
“You got Natalya, you’ve got Nia Jax, you’ve got Rhea Ripley, you’ve got Jade Cargill, right now I’d get Natalya working with Jade.
Because if you can get Jade doing 30% of the mat work that Natalya does, and still keep her high-impact sh*t, she’s already got the look.
First time I saw her I was like ‘Holy f**k’. I mean she looks like a superhero.”
Jade Cargill is a rising star in the world of professional wrestling. Known for her incredible athleticism and striking presence, she made her debut in Tony Khan’s All Elite Wrestling (AEW) in 2020 and quickly gained attention for her charisma and in-ring skills.
As we noted earlier, PWInsider reported that Cargill is scheduled to make her first WWE TV appearance at this Saturday’s Fastlane premium live event. Also, she’s expected to join the RAW brand.
