• Old School Wrestling Legend Would Have Celebrated His Birthday
Today would have been the 106th birthday of Old School Wrestling Legend Stu Hart.
Stu Hart wrestled for various territories during the 40s, 50s & 60s and he was also the legendary promoter of the ‘Calgary Stampede Wrestling’ territory from 1967 till he sold the promotion to Vince McMahon in 1984 (Although in 1986, one of his sons, Bruce Hart, re-opened the promotion on his own).
Stu Hart was one of the few legendary wrestlers, who wrestled all kinds of animals like Bears & Tigers.
He was the proud father of fellow wrestling legends Bret “The Hitman” Hart & Owen Hart, as well as the father-in-law of Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart & “The British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith.

Former WWF Intercontinental Champion Marty Jannetty had a successful ankle surgery, which he needed after a history of ankle issues to finally get everything corrected.
Jannetty is a well known party-guy, refusing to give up his lifestyle, even when Old School WCW Legend Diamond Dallas Page offered to help him to get clean.
Here’s what the former Rocker posted on Facebook:
“Today is a good day..Dr Lee-Mac (best in the World) says it took well..we on the way back y’all!! And again, thank you all for the prayers, BELIEVE IT, God is good!”
We at WWF Old School wish Marty a speedy recovery!
