• Goldberg On How His Son Would Do In WWE

WWE Hall Of Famer Bill Goldberg appeared on WWE’s The Bump last week (before SummerSlam) and was asked about the possibility of his son Gage joining WWE in the future.

Here’s what the WCW Legend said:

“I don’t want to choose his path. The kid is 15 years old, and he’s a hell of a Baseball player and a hell of a Football player. And if one day he wanted to step in the ring, you know, I would support it 100%.

But I would also let him know to be prepared to be a target, as he is probably right now. As a father, I would be behind him 100%.

Just know, if he did, he would be the biggest and baddest to ever step in the ring, just like his dad.”

Goldberg lost to WWE Champion Bobby Lashley at last night’s SummerSlam PPV, after he suffered a leg injury (storyline injury, not real) and wasn’t able to continue.

Lashley attacked Goldberg with a Steel Chair after the match. This led to Gage jumping on Lashley, as he tried to save his father.

However, Lashley took out the 15-year-old boy with the Hurt Lock.
