• ECW Legend Thinks Paige vs. Sasha Banks Should’ve Ended Raw

During a recent edition of “The Taz Show” podcast, ECW Legend Taz gave his thoughts on Paige vs. Sasha Banks match from last week’s Raw. Below is what he said:

“Paige returned. We saw her back in the ring wrestling against Sasha Banks in a long match and I will tell you that it was an excellent match. I treated that I felt like this should have ended Raw. It was a very, very good match.

The ending that they did with Cesaro-Sheamus and Dean-Seth Rollins, I liked the creativity of the finish of the main event. Don’t get me wrong. But I just thought Paige coming back and that they’re trying to build up this free woman faction with Paige, I just think it would have been a good opportunity to do that.

Paige and Sasha in the ring, the chemistry was there. And if anybody backstage, Vince or anybody was concerned about Paige’s ring rust and all of that jazz, Good Lord she had nothing anywhere near that. She looked great. She was working excellently. I thought she was phenomenal. I was happy to see her back.

So she was excellent. I thought Sasha was excellent. I really enjoyed the match. I thought it was great. I mean what’s not to like. I like the finish where they went into it and all that stuff with the girls on the outside.

I thought that was so good. Helps everybody stay heel. Helps others stay baby faces and make sense. It protects people.”
