8. WWE Finally Promotes Brock Lesnar’s UFC 200 Fight
At first, it looked like WWE wasn’t going to promote Brock Lesnar’s UFC 200 fight. As seen on Raw, WWE mentioned that they will reveal Brock Lesnar’s SummerSlam 2016 opponent on SmackDown, but they didn’t say anything about his return to UFC.

But WWE is finally promoting Lesnar’s big fight, as they posted the following videos on their YouTube channel:

As we noted earlier, Brock Lesnar vs. Mark Hunt will now headline the UFC 200 PPV, since Jon Jones vs. Daniel Cormier II has been called off.

Below is what Jim Ross said regarding what happen if Lesnar loses at UFC 200:

“I think that, win or lose, he’s going to be a made man in WWE for as long as he wants to be there because there’s nobody vying for his role. There’s nobody that compares to him.”


7. Another Former WWE Wrestler Returning For Brand Split?

As we noted before, former WWE wrestler Jimmy Wang Yang was backstage at this week’s Raw for a meeting with Vince McMahon. It is being speculated that Jimmy might be returning to the company for the upcoming Brand Split.

Word is that WWE also wants to bring back Curt Hawkins. WWE is going after many Indy wrestlers as of late because they need roster depth for the Brand Split, which is less than 2 weeks away.
