• Kane Bans All-Age Drag Shows From Knox County, Tennessee

As we all know, WWF Legend Kane (Glenn Jacobs) is the elected Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee and as such he recently took to Twitter to reveal that’s he’s banned drag shows that involve children from the county’s property.

Here’s what the 2021 WWE Hall of Famer tweeted:

“Over the past couple days, my office has been flooded with calls concerning all-ages drag shows.

Let me be clear: I don’t care what consenting adults do, but leave kids out of it. As Mayor, I will do everything I can to ensure these events don’t happen on Knox County property.

Currently, however, no law on the books gives me authority to address what happens in private businesses.

I do and will support any effort of our state legislature to prevent the sexualization of our children.”

Glenn Jacobs first joined the World Wrestling Federation in 1995 as Isaac Yankem DDS, then became (Fake) Diesel in 1996 and by 1997 he debuted as The Undertaker’s long lost (kayfabe) brother Kane.

He last competed in WWE during the Men’s Royal Rumble 2021 match.
