• Latest Update On Braun Strowman’s TLC 2018 Status
This Sunday at TLC 2018, Braun Strowman & Baron Corbin are scheduled to compete in a TLC match with Strowman’s Universal Title shot against Brock Lesnar at Royal Rumble 2019 and Corbin’s RAW General Manager role on the line.
Things aren’t looking good for Strowman, who recently underwent an elbow surgery, as he will no longer compete during the upcoming holiday tour and John Cena will be replacing him in matches.
While WWE can book a squash match with Strowman picking up an easy win, it doesn’t look so simple as it’s a TLC match and WWE officials wouldn’t want to risk another injury with Strowman as we head into the WrestleMania 35 season.
Back to news: I’m hearing Braun Strowman is still not likely to compete Sunday at TLC. So much so, that on the holiday tours, John Cena will wrestle in his place. Strowman will still appear at the holiday tour shows, just won’t work. So I can’t see him working a TLC match.

Whether Strowman competes this Sunday at TLC 2018 PPV or not, current plan is still for him to face Lesnar for the Universal Championship at the Royal Rumble 2019 PPV.
